Who do you work with?

Psychologists tend to specialise. I recommend you see someone who is registered with a health care body and specialises in the area that you are struggling with. The problems I help people with include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions and low self-esteem. For therapy, I work with individuals who are 18+ years old.

What are your clinic times?

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9am to 5pm. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

How much does therapy cost?

This depends on whether you are self-funding or insurance funding. Please get in contact to find out more depending on your situation.

What is your approach?

As a Clinical Psychologist my training enables me to draw from a variety of evidence-based models. One of these models is Internal Family Systems (IFS), where you learn to understand yourself in a curious and compassionate way, leading to improved emotional regulation and overall well-being. I consider past difficulties in life as important in understanding the present. Exploring these can be key to moving forward and living a life that is more connected to your values.

What happens during therapy?

In the first few sessions we will explore what difficulties you are currently experiencing and your hopes for therapy. We will listen to and understand the parts that make up your unique internal system. This system contains a core Self that knows how to heal. Through therapy, we will look at helping parts unburden, experience connection, and thrive. We will regularly review how you are finding therapy. This will give us an opportunity to reflect on the work we have done and steps forward.
